Brand takes center stage with a full range of finishing solutions
St. Louis, Missouri, USA (October 21, 2009) —
Rotoflex, a global leader in finishing solutions for the converting industry, presented several high-quality inspection/rewind technologies at the recent Labelexpo Europe 2009.
On display was the Rotoflex VLI500, a completely integrated high-end machine for packaging films with precision thin-film processing workflow, as well as the new HSR and HLR featuring a comfortable, uncomplicated horizontal design. Fully integrated eDrive web-handling systems provide precise substrate control and handling, plus efficient easy-access web path designs, offering a high degree of web management and reduced waste.
In addition to equipment on display, Rotoflex technical managers were available to discuss the equipment designs, including high-technology, pharmaceutical industry-validated production models like the Rotoflex SPI/DPI.
The company reconfirmed their position as a leading digital finishing solution provider, where they have been installed on more than 50 digital printing production systems. Rotoflex looks forward to 2010 when it will release the next generation in digital finishing, a completely redesigned Vericut line.
By the crowd's reaction to the stand, it is clear that there is strong demand and optimism for inspection rewinding throughout Europe. Nine machines have been sold since exhibition closed 26 September, with many new active Rotoflex projects slated to close in coming weeks.
