GREEN BAY, Wis. — December 7, 2009 — Mac Rosenbaum, Vice President of Sales, Aquaflex &
Envelope Converting (U.S. & Canada), at Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC), has
announced the addition of a new sales executive to its regional sales force.
Tim Fox has joined the company as a sales engineer for new flexographic
printing machinery, with a concentrated focus on customers in Central and
Northeastern United States and Canada. Fox comes to PCMC with proven
experience selling capital equipment and accessories to the print and
converting industry in North America. Tim also offers extensive knowledge of
PCMC’s people, technology and values, which he gained over the past several years working closely with many PCMC sales and technical representatives.

In September 2009, Barry-Wehmiller acquired F.L. Smithe Machine Co., Inc. of Duncansville, Pa., a
105-year-old manufacturer of envelope converting and printing machinery that includes its well-known
Aquaflex narrow web printing presses. The company was integrated with PCMC, furthering its
