New Berlin, WI (October 2008) – Flexotecnica S.p.A. will be demonstrating its new F12, 12-color press from October 29-31, 2008 at its global headquarters near Milan, Italy.
Flexotecnica’s Open House demonstration will show a 6-color fingerprint job running, and will then change over to another 6-color job while the press is running.
The demonstrations of the F12 gearless press will start each day at 11:00 a.m. and will conclude at 3:00 p.m.
The F12 press being demonstrated is equipped with:
• 12 New Generation, Pipeless® gearless color decks
• Web width: 52” (1320 mm)
• Print width: 50” (1270 mm)
• Printing repeats from 14.6” (370 mm) to 35.4” (900 mm)
• Maximum printing speed: 1640 FPM (500 MPM)
• Printing materials: BOPP white, PET
• Carbon fiber print sleeve mandrels
• SPEEDY CLEAN® auto wash-up system
• Lifting platforms to sleeve, bridge sleeve and anilox changeover
• Printing and anilox sleeve ejectors
• S.S.C. (Safe Sleeve Change®) system
• Auto flying splice winders for 39.3” diameters (1000 mm)
• AVT Jupiter video camera with auto register and auto impression control
