Position: Narrow Web Regional Technical Service Representative |

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Nazdar has been in business for 90 years and is of the leading ink manufacturers for the screen and wide format digital imaging. Nazdar manufactures the most comprehensive selection of UV, water-base and solvent-based screen printing inks, flexographic inks, and wide-format digital inks obtainable from a single source. Nazdar inks are primarily used by printers in the Point of Purchase (POP), Banner, Container, Industrial, Metal, Nameplate- Membrane Switch, Roll Label, Sign, and Textile decorating markets.
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Nazdar is actively seeking a Narrow Web Technical Service Representative for our Narrow Web division for the Northeast Region. The position will be based out of our Pennsauken, New Jersey facility.
ABOUT THE JOB
This individual is responsible for supporting Nazdar’s narrow web market including conversion to Nazdar’s Narrow Web, assisting in product testing, color profiling, evaluation and product training. The technician will take on a variety of service requirements to meet customers’ needs ranging from on-site manufacturing and blending to providing technical support and training for sales reps and customers:
- Provide technical support for internal and external customers on narrow web inks.
- Provide narrow web technical information and product training to internal and external customers.
- Color matching, blending, quality control and technical assistance.
- Inventory control, ROP’s.
- Continuous product development.
- Waste Management.
- Perform all necessary quality control procedures.
- Maintain formula file and color standards.
- Provide technical support for internal and external customers on flexo products.
- Provide technical information and product training to internal and external customers.
- Act as liaison between R&D, Customer Service and sales.
- Establish MFQ SOP’s and provide training for back up.
- Develop needs analysis profiles for narrow web applications.
- Travel to customers’ sites in order to perform conversions and troubleshoot technical issues.
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED
- Background in printing industry
- Requires 3-5 years minimum experience working in a flexo/narrow web application arena.
- Experience applications/operating, including color matching, QC, blending, technical service.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Able to travel up to 30% of time

Job Summary:
The Sales Specialist of Print and Web Processing has operating responsibility, and is accountable to the Print and Web Processing Sales Manager for operating in the defined market within the scope assigned by his / her Manager. He / She is responsible for soliciting orders for assigned products, for achieving approved sales objectives, for customer training, for customer relations, for expense control and for contributing specialized knowledge to market planning.
Essential Functions:
- Execute selling and policy decisions so as to achieve planned sales and margin objectives. These objectives will constitute a major individual task in meeting the overall objectives of the sales unit.
- Execute sales strategy and sell the assigned products effectively so the Company’s market position is increased in the defined market. Apply superior, specialized product knowledge, application, customer knowledge and sales skill to this selling task.
- Provide hands - on training on all shifts, and assist in developing standard operating procedures for customers based on the recommended best practices for tesa products and understanding of customer applications.
- Provide technical assistance, service, and application advice for customers within defined markets.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer (end user) and distributor relationships in the defined market.
- Recommend marketing programs and policies based on specialized knowledge of work needed to achieve Company objectives.
- Report promptly, in accordance with established procedures, the results of sales calls, sales projects, customer needs, competitive activity, estimates of available business, sales forecasts, recommendations and any other items significant to the defined market and the Company.
- Plan and organize time, routing and methods so as to maximize sales operational effectiveness in meeting sales objectives, including maintenance of a satisfactory call rate frequency and control of expenses.
- Promote and demonstrate by observation and example the use and benefits of the company products to potential customers.
- Develop prospects for new business by giving adequate sales coverage to the defined market, promptly report new prospects and follow up agreed upon customer prospects and application opportunities.
- Cooperate with others on activities leading to increased profitable sales and key account coverage.
- Maintain behavior, appearance, and standard of performance that will reflect creditably on the Company.
Hiring Requirements
- Four - year college degree or equal job experience.
- Strong understandings of both “pull through" selling (i.e. personally creating the need at the end - user level and selling via stocking distributors) and direct sales to the end user. Knowledge gained either via experience or education of marketing channels. Knowledge of and experience in Printing, Paper, Flexo and Corrugated markets preferred.
- Strong characteristics of empathy, ego drive, ego strength and relationship building skills.
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to drive for lengthy periods, be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs. in weight, and work extended hours in factory settings. Must also be available for air travel, as necessary.
- Ability and willingness to adapt own work schedule to satisfy customer needs.

Position: Territory Sales Manager |
| |
Flint Group Flexographic Products, a global manufacturer of printing plates and sleeves for flexography, has an immediate opening for a Territory Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase Flint Group market share.
- Build, maintain, and oversee all aspects of customer relationships, including: sales, inventory forecasting, technical support, and accounts receivable.
- Manage distributor relationships within territory to maximize sales of Flint Group
products.
- Effectively interact with customers, as well as numerous internal functional groups, such as product management, material planning, production management, and marketing.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must possess excellent sales skills and at least five years' experience in technical sales.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

- Must be able to travel to customer locations throughout mid-Atlantic region. Extensive travel is required.
